The Friendly City is offering support in Jamaica’s rebuild, recovery and rise from the destruction of Hurricane Melissa.

The City of Belleville is joining together with the Belleville Caribbean Festival Committee (BCFC) and a number of organizations and businesses to organize a donation-drive to support and aid Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa.

The donation-drive will be held for two consecutive days, this Friday and Saturday, at the following locations: Friday from 2-5 p.m. at Metro, 110 North Front Street, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Freshco, 305 North Front Street, as well as from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Rona, 219 Millennium Parkway.
