Goo Goo Dolls stopped by the NPR office to perform some of their biggest hits for their first-ever Tiny Desk Concert .
The band, fronted by Johnny Rzeznik, brought four songs from across their career to the NPR headquarters — including two of their most successful singles. They open with beloved Dizzy Up the Girl track “Slide,” followed by a rendition of “Feel the Silence” from their 2006 record Let Love In . They continued with a performance of “Not Goodbye (Close Your Eyes),” a song that appears on their recently-released Summer Anthem EP. As expected, they concluded their set with their ubiquitous, diamond-certified hit “Iris.”
