A charming Los Angeles dwelling once owned by Joe Jonas is back on the market for $3.99 million — more than half a million off its $4.5 million asking price in September, Gimme Shelter has learned.

Built in 1923, the traditional property at 1614 N. Fairfax Ave. in Sunset Square has graced the pages of Architectural Digest.

The ivy-covered home, which features a slate roof, was once owned by interior designer Erin Fetherston. The current seller is prominent cardiologist, Martha Gulati, who bought it from Jonas for $4 million in 2022.

Jonas had bought the home from Fetherston just over a decade ago for $2.59 million.
