PROVIDENCE – Tuesday night goes beyond a tale of two halves. It was more a story of two different Providence teams taking the floor at Amica Mutual Pavilion.

The Friars were booed during the first 20 minutes. They were in no such danger of similar scorn over the second 20.

New Hampshire was competitive early and overwhelmed late, as Providence continued a scoring binge that has defined its first five games of this season. Jason Edwards led five in double figures with 25 points and added eight assists in what will go down as a 98-66 cruise past the Wildcats on Nov. 18.
