At least 25 people, including three children, were killed and 73 others were injured in a Russian attack in the Ukrainian city of Ternopil, Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs said on Wednesday.

Emergency response teams, including the State Emergency Service and the National Police, were on the ground to carry out rescue operations.

Ukraine also deployed 45 units of equipment, including robotic ones, to clear the rubble and look for survivors.
