STILLWATER - An Arizona man is facing a litany of charges, including manslaughter in the second degree, in connection with the death of a Stillwater woman he was formerly the caretaker of, police said.

The arrest came after an extensive, year-long investigation into the death of Jean Bull, 67, of Stillwater, police said.
