LOUISVILLE, Ky. — LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating the recent death of a man who was first brought into a Louisville hospital two weeks ago for "unknown trauma."

On Nov. 4, EMS transported a man to UofL Hospital for "unknown trauma," according to an LMPD news release. He died from his injuries on Nov. 17.

The medical examiners office did an autopsy and told police foul play was suspected in the victim's death.

There are currently no known suspects. Anyone with information regarding the case is asked to call LMPD's anonymous tip line at (502) 574-5673 or utilize LMPD's Crime Tip Portal online.

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office haven't released the identity of the victim as of this writing.
