Moon Dancer Winery announced Wednesday that it has closed, and this time for good.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday denied the winery’s final appeal, ending a several-year-long rollercoaster ride for those involved and the winery’s many longtime fans.

A call Wednesday afternoon to the winery tasting room, perched on a spot overlooking the Susquehanna River in Lower Windsor Township, went unanswered,
