Bluewater District School Board’s chair and vice-chair remain unchanged after the executive was selected Wednesday.

Trustees Jane Thomson and Jan Johnstone were acclaimed as chair and vice-chair respectively during a board meeting in Chesley. This will be the sixth term for each in their positions, a Bluewater news release said. Article content

Thomson represents the South Bruce Peninsula and Northern Bruce Peninsula, while Johnstone represents Kincardine and Huron-Kinloss. Johnstone also continues to represent Bluewater at the Ontario Public School Boards’ Association, where she was elected first vice-president this past June.
