Two killed, including 17-year-old, in multivehicle crash in Trotwood

TROTWOOD, Ohio —

Two people have died, including a 17-year-old, and three others, including two juveniles, were hospitalized after a multivehicle crash in Trotwood.

It happened around 8:11 a.m. Wednesday when the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to investigate a three-vehicle double fatal crash on E. Main Street. Advertisement

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a preliminary investigation revealed a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban was traveling on E. Main Street when it drove left of center and hit another vehicle, a 2015 Ford Taurus that was traveling west. The Suburban went on to hit another vehicle, a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, also traveling west.

The Equinox traveled off the right side of the roadway.
