Gun violence in the United States has taken the life of 10-year-old Jordan Garcia.

Officials in Newark, New Jersey, have sent out a desperate plea for the suspects behind this weekend’s deadly mass shooting to turn themselves in to police. Their actions have left multiple families heartbroken.

The gunfire Saturday night on Chancellor Avenue resulted in five people being shot, and two were killed.

The victims were identified as 21-year-old Kiyah Mae Scott, a mother to a 3-year-old child, and 10-year-old Jordan Garcia.

Investigators released surveillance video showing two suspects firing weapons and running away shortly after.

They are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
