NATIONWIDE — THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE MUST CORRECT ERRORS IN ITS NEW FEDERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, says New York Attorney General Letitia James and a coalition of 20 counterparts.
The coalition asserts that these errors involve eligibility requirements for the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
