Houston still on naughty list as second most-sinful city in the U.S.; here's where other Texas cities landed

HOUSTON — For the second straight year, Houston has been named the most sinful city in Texas and second only to Las Vegas in the entire country.

WalletHub's list of the 2025’s Most Sinful Cities in America is based on these seven "sins."

WalletHub said it ranked each category by analyzing 37 key metrics in 182 larger U.S. cities and combining the average for an overall score. The data crunchers also factored in population.
