The court case launched against Vin Diesel by his former personal assistant has been ended by a California judge due to the claims falling outside the jurisdiction of the state. The complaint of sexual battery, retaliation, and wrongful termination was filed two years ago, but in a summary judgment ruling, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel M Crowley concluded that, as argued by Diesel’s legal team, the six claims in the suit raised by Asta Jonasson cannot continue in a California court.
