Cabot business sues Argenta Contemporary Theatre, director for $819,000 alleged donation fraud

Pinnacle Structures, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Argenta Contemporary Theatre and its director Vincent Insalaco for $819,000, alleging that the donated funds were not used for their intended purpose and that the defendants engaged in deceptive and unconscionable acts.
