Monday, Nov. 3, at approximately 6:19 a.m., Fontana Police Department officers were dispatched to the 14500 block of Baseline Avenue regarding a theft that occurred on October 26, 2025. Video surveillance showed three suspects stealing pallets and tiles from the location. Officers identified the suspect vehicle involved in the theft as a black Chevrolet Suburban.

After taking the initial report, officers located the suspect vehicle in the area of Tokay Avenue and Arrow Boulevard and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect, identified as Keith Wessel, 54, was detained without incident and admitted to the theft. Wessel was transported to the Fontana Police Department jail for booking.
