After hours of deliberations, the judge presiding over the bail hearing of Chris Fahlman made no decision on whether or not to release him Wednesday.
Fahlman has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Tanya Myers on Highway 39 in September.

Proceedings are set to continue on Thursday morning at Court of King’s Bench in Weyburn.
No details of the proceedings can be mentioned because a publication ban is in place.
Fahlman sat in the prisoner’s box staring straight ahead, expressionless, while the Crown lawyer spoke.
