RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Bureau of Land Management has announced they will begin handing out Christmas tree permits starting this Monday.

The permits will be available from Nov. 24 to Dec. 25 both online and in person.

You can buy a permit here for $5. A map and permit stipulations will be provided upon purchase.

One individual may not purchase more than 10 permits, and buyers may only cut pinyon pine or juniper trees.
