CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cuyahoga County mother filed a lawsuit against the popular app, Roblox, alleging that the game created a breeding ground for predators and failed to provide safeguards for children like her son.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the mother and her now 13-year-old son by Dolman Law Group in the Northern District of California, where the app giant is headquartered.
