RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A man was arrested Wednesday after police say he shot into a car during a road rage incident.
The Reno Police Department says that around 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to the area of Double R Blvd and South Meadows Parkway for a road rage incident that resulted in a shooting.
Police say the suspect, 49-year-old Donn Clifton, pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle and fired one round, shattering the window and striking the driver’s side headrest. The victim sustained minor injuries.
Clifton was located and arrested around an hour later and is now facing charges of battery with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
