CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals have questions involving the two Joes — Joe Burrow and Joe Flacco — to answer as they prepare to face the red-hot Patriots on Sunday.
Flacco is dealing with an AC joint sprain and Burrow is in the middle of his 21-day practice window as he continues to work his way back from turf toe surgery.
In Wednesday’s press conference, Bengals coach Zac Taylor confirmed to reporters that Burrow will do his first 11-on-11 drills since returning to practice on Nov. 10.
The timing is particularly interesting given that Flacco will not practice on Wednesday, continuing what Taylor described as the “same schedule as we’ve been on the last couple weeks,” a maintenance program for the 40-year-old signal-caller.
