Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls and five sister hospitals in HCA Healthcare’s Mountain Division earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group, a national distinction which celebrates achievements in protecting patients from preventable medical errors, accidents, injuries and infections.

EIRMC was recognized for its commitment to patient safety, according to the independent national organization.
