BUFFALO, N.Y. — A warning for Bills fans buying tickets online. One family says they drove five hours for Sunday's game, only to discover in the parking lot that their seats weren't waiting for them.

The Barlett family bought two fourth-row tickets to a Buffalo Bills game back in August through StubHub. This is a marketplace where fans buy and sell tickets from each other, but when they arrived at Highmark stadium for the game this past Sunday, their tickets still hadn't been delivered.
