Little Rock psychologist accused of billing insurers for thousands of hours of nonexistent care

A Little Rock psychologist was charged Wednesday with defrauding Medicare and Arkansas Blue Cross/Blue Shield of more than $500,000, according to office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
