CLEVELAND, Ohio - Former Warren assistant city prosecutor Nicholas Graham received a sentence of three years of probation in federal court on Wednesday for a conspiracy conviction related to trading legal favors for truck repairs.
Graham, 52, who pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy in August, appeared before Judge Solomon Oliver Jr. in U.S. District Court. The sentence requires him to serve the first five months on home detention with electronic monitoring.
In addition to the probation and home detention, Graham was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and a $100 special assessment. Two other charges against him were dismissed.
