The “Great Search” for Richmond’s new, twenty-first century Town Administrator is moving right along, and picking up speed. It has reached a five-month milestone since the Town Council received the formal resignation of Richmond’s highest paid, most important public official.

The “Great Search” continues. Suspense is building! The absence of progress reports adds even more suspense to the local drama! Rumors are swirling that a huge number of applications have been flowing in – 80? 90? Possibly more? Looks like everyone wants this job! Now, this is looking really good!

At their meeting on Tuesday, November 4, Town Council members were asked for a quick update on the status of this search:

“Could the Council give us a little progress report?”

“How many candidates have been interviewed?”
