With three days to go, Perth’s best food trucks are curating their menus as they gear up to feed a throng of hungry punters at WA’s biggest celebration.
WA Day festival-goers will be able to tantalise the senses with an exquisite variety of local and international cuisines from more than 50 food trucks at Perdaman Eat Street this weekend.
Among the vendors is Street Food lab, specialising in authentic mouth-watering mixed Asian cuisine.
Owner Vic Tang said there were more than a dozen plates on offer, including satay chicken skewers, karage chicken and pork goyza.
He said he was proud to be part of WA Day festivities, adding “when you see someone happy with you’re food, you’re also happy”.
