President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that he signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, releasing files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein a day after the House and Senate approved the legislation.

Trump said he would sign the bill after reversing his long-held opposition to the resolution and encouraging Republicans to vote for it.
