FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Two different proposals to pay back a pandemic-era loan will be before the Lake Monticello Owners’ Association board meeting on Thursday.

The LMOA received a Paycheck Protection Program loan of more than $646,000 during the COVID-19 pandemic, using the funds to pay staff and cover other expenses.
