Raiders' Pete Carroll speaks on future of ex-49ers HC Chip Kelly

The Las Vegas Raiders have had a few problems on both sides of the football this season, but the lack of what they've been able to do on the offensive side has been very concerning. Former San Francisco 49ers head coach Chip Kelly is likely to take some of the blame.

As things currently stand, the Raiders have scored the second-fewest points in the AFC, only behind the 1-9 Tennessee Titans . With 155 points scored, the Raiders also ranked third-worst in the NFL.

As the Raiders look to improve on the offensive side of the football, it'll be interesting to see what Pete Carroll does.

However, when speaking to reporters about it, it doesn't sound like a change to the offensive coordinator situat
