Days after NDA's landslide win in the Bihar Assembly polls, Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar will take oath as the Chief Minister for a record tenth consecutive time on Thursday. He will take oath in a grand swearing-in ceremony at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
Along with Nitish Kumar, over 20 Cabinet ministers will take oath, with 14 of those from the BJP. Eight ministers from the JD(U) will swear in.
Nitish Kumar's cabinet will feature a largely revamped team. Just three ministers - Mangal Pandey, Nitin Naveen and Surendra Mehta - are the familiar faces who will return to the cabinet.
The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) will each have one representative in the cabinet.
