The Chicago Cubs took a big risk by trading for Kyle Tucker last offseason. They had never given out a contract worth over $200 million in free agency, while Tucker is projected to sign for $427 million this winter, per Jim Bowden of The Athletic.

As a result, it seems like Tucker is going to sign a new deal with a new team. The top suitors are likely the large markets like the Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays. There are bound to be other suitors, too.

Bleacher Report's Erik Beaston recently predicted Tucker would bolt from Chicago and sign a huge deal with the Dodgers.

"The outfielder is fresh off his first season in Chicago, in which he hit 22 home runs, drove in 73 runs, and stole 25 bases, all while missing 26 games due to a calf injury," Beaston wrote
