FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is continuing to connect with the community by meeting directly with residents.
On Wednesday, Nov. 19, officers held a meeting in south Fargo to discuss this year’s crime statistics, departmental operations and ongoing initiatives in "beat four," which covers all areas south of Interstate 94 and east of Interstate 29.
Police also opened the floor for attendees to ask questions and raise concerns.
"It's really important for us to get their take on how things are going, so that we can, you know, maybe allocate our resources differently, or kind of address those concerns, or maybe even just explain what we're doing, what we're seeing from our end," Capt. Matt Christensen said.
All of the crime data discussed in the meeting can also be found on the city
