LA PORTE, Ind. — The City of La Porte hosted an open house Wed. evening at the La Porte Civic Auditorium, where the community gathered to give feedback on the city’s 20-year Comprehensive Plan focused on growth and development.
The City of La Porte Community Development and Planning Director, Craig Phillips, explained communities should consider adopting a master plan every 10 to 15 years, but the City of La Porte hasn’t had their own since the mid 90s.
