A year-old effort tasked with addressing northeast Indiana’s talent pipeline will today unveil its recommendations and introduce its new identity – Learn More Earn More.

More than 250 attendees are expected at this morning’s CAPET Summit at Parkview Mirro Center in Fort Wayne.

The update comes about a year since the Coalition for Advancing Postsecondary Education and Training launched in response to research released by the Don Wood and Questa Education foundations that found the region faces a critical talent shortage.

The 12-county initiative featured 55 people involved in monthly working groups along with 400 community members who participated in input sessions or student focus groups.
