Sun Health leads Livewell gathering

With a call to action to “extend a healthspan not just a lifespan,” Sun Health’s 2025 LiveWell Conference drew a crowd of more than 300 from across Arizona and beyond for two days of conversation, reflection, and reimagined ideas about healthy aging.

Taking place Nov. 13–14 at Midwestern University in Glendale, the event featured nationally recognized speakers, breakout workshops and a shared focus on helping people live not just longer, but better.

Keynote speakers Arthur C. Brooks, Harvard professor and No. 1 New York Times bestselling author, and Maddy Dychtwald, global futurist and co-founder of Age Wave, challenged the audience to think beyond checklists and focus on what gives life purpose and clarity.
