India just became exponentially more lethal. The United States has approved two game-changing military deals worth USD 93 million that will transform the Indian Army into a precision-strike powerhouse capable of obliterating enemy armour before adversaries even know what hit them.

The US Defense Security Cooperation Agency has approved a USD 45.7 million sale of the FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missile system, the same “fire-and-forget” weapon used effectively against Russian tanks in Ukraine. India’s package includes 100 Javelin missiles, 25 command-launch units, training gear, simulation rounds, and full support. In simple terms, Indian soldiers will now be able to hit enemy tanks from more than two kilometers away and quickly take cover while the missile tracks its target on its own.
