The Ukrainian president is set to travel to the capital on December 2 as part of a two-day visit that will include meeting with senior political figures.
His arrival in Dublin is being treated as a significant security event given the ongoing war with Russian following its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
Thousands of gardaí are expected to be on duty across the capital when Mr Zelensky arrives, including armed detectives providing close protection, the public order unit and uniformed gardaí.
