A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between CIPET and the IOCL Refineries Head quarters

New Delhi: A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between CIPET and the IOCL Refineries Head quarters, New Delhi in the presence of Shri Arvind Kumar, Director (Refineries), and Prof. (Dr.) Shishir Sinha, Director General, CIPET; and senior officials from both organizations.

The MoA was signed Dt. 19.11.2025 for providing job oriented Skill Development Residential Training Programs for Underprivileged / Unemployed Youths of the society, across three states; Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Assam including nearby areas of refineries - Mathura, Panipat and Guwahati with a total 280 beneficiaries to be trained.
