Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th time on Thursday, November 20, following the NDA’s decisive victory in the state assembly elections. The oath of office to Kumar was administered by Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. The grand oath-taking ceremony took place at the iconic Gandhi Maidan in Patna, with Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha also taking oath as ministers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, several Union Ministers, and Chief Ministers from NDA-ruled states were present to witness the historic event, which marks yet another milestone in Nitish Kumar’s long political career.
