Nepal Gen Z Protests Live Updates: Protests have re-erupted in Nepal and the authorities have imposed a curfew in several areas. Protestors gathered at the Simara Chowk in Bara district at around 11 am on Thursday, after which police used force to disperse them. Authorities later imposed a curfew, The Kathmandu Post reported. The curfew in Simara was imposed at around 12.45 pm and will last till 8 pm, the report said.

Why the protests: The Gen-Z protestors accused the police of failing to arrest the individuals named in their complaints regarding the clashes that erupted on Wednesday.
