Delhi/Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): The Supreme Court on Thursday expressed its opinion on 14 questions posed by the President regarding the imposition of a deadline on the President and Governors to give their approval to the bills passed by the state assemblies. It was stated that it is not appropriate to impose a deadline on the President and Governors in the matter of approval of pending bills.

It is known that the bench comprising Chief Justice BR Gavai, Justice Suryakant, Justice Vikram Nath, Justice PS Narasimha, and Justice AS Chandurkar had heard the President’s report for 10 days from September 11 and adjourned its opinion.
