HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - Students at William Carey University (WCU) who also want to get a law degree from the University of Mississippi can now do that in a much quicker way, thanks to a new partnership between WCU and Ole Miss that started on Wednesday.

A formal agreement was signed in Hattiesburg between WCU and Ole Miss, establishing an accelerated law school pathway.

It gives students a chance to earn a bachelor’s degree from William Carey University and a law degree from the University of Mississippi in six years.
