EXCLUSIVE: Whisper , the Sony -backed UK producer behind Amazon’s Tom Brady documentary, has opened a U.S. hub as it draws close to completing a sale.

Executives from the company, which was founded 15 years ago by Sunil Patel , UK broadcaster Jake Humphrey and Formula 1 champion David Coulthard , will be spending the next few days at the Las Vegas Grand Prix and then International Emmys in New York, with more than just awards on their mind.
