Seattle weather is making waves, as November 19, historically the rainiest day in the city, had no rain this year.
Meteorologist Scott Sistek of The Emerald City Weather Blog called it “extremely unusual,” as he joined “Seattle’s Morning News” on KIRO Newsradio to talk about the upcoming Seattle forecast.
“It’s not going to set a record, but it’s extremely unusual, because November 19 is statistically the wettest day in Seattle,” Sistek said. “It is statistically the most frequent day with rain of any other days of the year.”
