The moment is finally upon us… and by that, we mean the first trailer for Charli XCX ’s forthcoming film, The Moment.

The A24 production—conceived and produced by Charli herself, directed by Aidan Zamiri , and written by Zamiri and Bertie Brandes—is, per Charli , “a 2024 period piece,” dramatizing the phenomenon that was Brat Summer. In it, Charli explained to Vanity Fair , she plays “sort of a hell version of myself”: “It’s fiction, but it’s the realest depiction of the music industry that I’ve ever seen,” she said.
