Audioslave — the supergroup featuring three members of Rage Against the Machine and late Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell — had a relatively short existence, but there’s a wealth of unreleased material that guitarist Tom Morello hopes will be unveiled to the world one day.
The hard-rock outfit, which brought together Cornell, Morello, bassist Tim Commerford, and drummer Brad Wilk, released three albums during their run from 2001 to 2007. As Morello explained in a new interview with the YouTube channel snsmix, the band had extra songs from each of its three studio albums that have never seen the light of day.
