All Creatures Great and Small has delivered thrilling news about what lies ahead for the Channel 5 programme - and fans will be over the moon.

The cherished drama will not only return with a Christmas special next month, but bosses have today revealed that All Creatures will continue for series seven and eight, alongside additional festive episodes.

The programme, adapted from James Herriot's treasured novels, is produced by BAFTA and Golden Globe-winning production house Playground, alongside MASTERPIECE on PBS.
