Following a review earlier this month in his chambers, the judge overseeing the case against Kei’mani Latigue’s alleged killer has distributed selected Lucas County Children Services documents to defense lawyers and prosecutors for their use in preparations.
An order Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Michael Goulding issued Wednesday reminded both sides that the documents, which contain sensitive personal information about people involved, are for the lawyers’ use only.
Darnell Jones, Kei’mani’s father who faces capital murder charges for her death, may only review the children services records under the supervision of his defense team, the judge ordered.
