The Union government’s Press Information Bureau (PIB) Fact Check unit on Thursday dismissed social media claims suggesting that India’s Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas Mk1 experienced an oil leakage during the Dubai Airshow 2025 . The clarification came after several propaganda accounts circulated videos attempting to portray a technical malfunction.
According to PIB Fact Check, the videos shared online are misleading. Officials stated that the visuals do not show any oil leakage from the fighter jet.
